If you see it happening, irrespective of how minor, phone 999.

If you find it has happened contact the police on 101.

If you know who is committing the problem but do not wish to use your name phone the Police on Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.

Remember it could be your area or your own property next time, it is important that you report this sort of crime to prevent it happening again.
